Meet Rhyis (Amin Joseph), Grimm (Sean Riggs), Zho (Tracey Dukes) and Khalil (Maurice Whitfield), the four members of "The Strap Set," a ruthless group of gun runners who have migrated from New York after a violent run-in with the competition that led to a young man's death, and Zho going to prison.

Six years later, Zho returns home to see that some things have changed... and some have not. Meanwhile, Khalil presses Luc (Kevin Lukata) to purchase a new brand of prototype weaponry unmatched in its design.
